The Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission (GSOC) is appealing for witnesses to a fatal road traffic incident on the R173 between Carlingford and Omeath, Co Louth in which two men lost their lives

GSOC would particularly like to hear from motorists who may have dash cam footage who were in the Carlingford/Omeath area between midnight and 1am on Monday 18 March 2019

GSOC is currently investigating the incident and would like to speak to anyone who may have seen a black Lexus with a Northern Ireland registration in the area on the evening of Sunday 17 March/early hours of 18 March.

Potential witnesses and those who have dash cams and were in the area between midnight and 1am are asked to ring the GSOC witness appeal line at 1890 600 800.
