- 169 complaints were received.
- 161 complaints were closed.
- 3 referrals of incidents requiring independent investigation (due to some form of Garda contact prior to a death or serious injury) received from the Garda Síochána.
- Average of 23 Days for requests for information/documentation from the Garda Síochana to be fulfilled.
